I became interested in web site design in college while I was working on my Graphic Communication minor. The first site I ever built was for the Art Students Collective and was built using Pagemill! This was just as CSS was emerging. Now it's standard! It's amazing how much has changed in 10 years!

Recently, I rediscovered web site design. It's taken quite a bit of time to familiarize myself with all the changes and advancements. I've taken online classes in Dreamweaver and in hand coding XHTML and CSS (which is the way I prefer to build sites). I had forgotten how much I enjoyed building sites!

I'm currently learning what I can about web standards and the creative side of CSS. Also, I am reading about Actionscript 3.0 due to a recent interest in flash development.

As I build more sites, I'll post some samples here. Stay tuned!
